- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free. No credit card required to start. Full platform access during the trial.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Prorated billing on plan changes.
- What if I go over my usage limit?
- You get a notification at 80% usage. Overages are billed at flat rates ($0.03/voice minute, $0.005/AI conversation, $0.002/email send) — no throttling or shutoffs.
- Do you offer annual discounts?
- Annual billing saves 20% on all tiers. Pay monthly or annually at checkout.
- Is my data safe?
- Yes. SOC 2 Type II controls, encryption at rest and in transit, credentials stored encrypted at the application layer. Data can be exported anytime in standard formats.
